The exAct© Printegrator is a print driver that requires very little effort or change to existing business processes. Instead of actually printing the business document or faxing it from the desktop, the exAct© Printegrator captures the data and the corresponding print image from the billing or order fulfillment application and sends the data directly to our services. The exAct© Printegrator works in every Windows environment from Windows 98 through Windows Vista and will function in the Windows 7 environment once released. The exAct© Printegrator integrates well within the Microsoft Office 2007™ Excel and Word components.
When we receive the data and its print image, we know who it comes from, the type of application that created it and where it is going. The data is captured, verified, mapped and sent to you (if it’s yours) in the format you require, automatically within minutes. The print image is stored along with the transaction details in our CRM.
The first time we receive a data stream from your trading partner, we map and match it to a specific software application and version. Subsequently, when we receive that data stream it is automatically captured and processed by our system. Data streams coming from other trading partners using the same software application and version are automatically captured and processed. Each time we process a data stream, we charge a small fee. If it is your supplier, we bill them. If it is your customer, we bill you.

We then provide each trading partner with an exAct© Printegrator, starting with the most popular application and continuing until all trading partners are connected.
Once we register your suppliers to use our service, we deliver the exAct© Printegrator; we facilitate start-up and then finally bill them for ongoing services.
