For suppliers:

If so, we can probably set you up very quickly. On your request, we will send you a registration form, a Service Agreement, a Start-up Guide, pricing and our exAct© Thin Client Software. As soon as we receive your registration form and Service Agreement, we will contact your trading partner on your behalf. If your trading partner does not require test transactions, you should be up and running within twenty-four hours.

Each exAct© module is thin client software. It doesn’t actually process data but sends the data to our offices where it is verified, audited, formatted and then forwarded to its final destination. Business documents destined for your trading partners go through our services in much the same way before they are either faxed, emailed or downloaded into your trading partner’s exAct© module. Each time we process a transaction, we charge a small fee. If it is your supplier, we bill them. If it is your customer, we bill you.

Once we have completed the set-up to process invoicing from your non-compliant suppliers into the file format that fits your back-end system, we take over registering, delivering the exAct© module, facilitating start-up and any testing and then finally billing your supplier for our ongoing services.
